360º Feedback What is it?
360º Feedback Review is a way of getting feedback from people you work with on all levels of your organization, e.g. your boss, associates and subordinates.

The Review’s purpose is to give you a well-rounded view of how you are perceived and experienced by the people who work with you. The goal is to help you grow your self-awareness, leverage your strengths and improve your weaknesses.
