Coaching Process
Coaching sessions occur in-person and/or over the phone. Sessions are 45 minutes long, 2 or 3 times a month. Coaching offers:
- Support:
- Everyone needs an advocate. Roger Federer would not consider being on tour without his coach nor would any professional athlete. A coach is someone who gives you support, encourages you to live to your full potential and challenges you to stretch your limits.
- Focus:
- The opportunity to focus on just you and who you want to be is a rare commodity. In coaching, you will evaluate how you are spending your time and energy and see if it is congruent with your objectives. You will also create short and long-term goals for all of the important areas of your life, e.g., career, physical health, relationship, etc.
- Acountability:
- Research has proven time and again that performance improves with accountability. The coach will help hold you accountable to the goals you want to accomplish. The coach will also help you reevaluate your path and plans when necessary.
- Insight:
- Coaching gives you the unique opportunity to gain insight on who you are and how you relate to the world around you. You will uncover some of the patterns, behaviors and emotions that might be limiting you. You will also learn new ways to leverage your strengths and put your best self forward
