What led you into coaching?

As a Human Resources Business Partner, there are many facets to the profession depending on the role, company and or assignment.  After spending over 15 years as a trusted HR advisor working closely with Founding Partners, Board of Directors, C-Suite Executives, Leadership teams and employees alike, coaching has always been a significant part of the work I do and the role I play on a day to day basis.

With coaching, I am able to leverage my educational background in Psychology, Organizational Development and Change Management, along with my recent studies in Intuitive Medicine.  This combination along with my strategic Human Resources business experience allows me to connect with my clients utilizing various modalities in planning goals and objectives, growing and achieving over time.  In the end, it’s about being the best version of one’s self in any given situation.

What unique skills/approach do you bring to coaching?

I’m often referred to as “the wizard” among my clients.  My ability “to know” and “sense” when engaged with a client is a gift I was fortunate to lean into very early on in my career, which I developed throughout the years.  This gift enables me to understand my clients on a deeper level, leading us directly to the heart of the matter in any given situation. Diving in with my clients enables me to establish trust, leading to a successful productive relationship.  I have always been very dedicated to supporting my clients in their journey along with achieving their goals and ultimately winning.
