Complete your daily exercise to target the theme and put what you’re learning into practice.
Wednesday at 5pm ET log in to a group zoom meeting with Liz! She’ll share some additional advice but this is YOUR time with LIZ! Ask questions, troubleshoot issues and make sure you’re on the right track.
We’re here for you! You’ll receive daily support via email where you can ask questions, let us know where you’re struggling and get additional guidance as needed.
You’ll gain access to our private facebook group where you can share your experience and support others going through the challenge too. This is completely optional but can be a valuable resource for additional support.
At the end of the week, complete your final checklist to see your progress and see where to go from here.
