Challenge Starts on May 17th 2021!


  • Start each day with a brief video from Liz explaining the focus for the day and giving you instructions for how to complete the exercises so they will make the most impact. Not a video person? You’ll also receive a detailed PDF for reference!
  • Complete your daily exercise to target the theme and put what you’re learning into practice.
  • Wednesday at 5pm ET log in to a group zoom meeting with Liz! She’ll share some additional advice but this is YOUR time with LIZ! Ask questions, troubleshoot issues and make sure you’re on the right track. 
  • We’re here for you! You’ll receive daily support via email where you can ask questions, let us know where you’re struggling and get additional guidance as needed.
  • You’ll gain access to our private facebook group where you can share your experience and support others going through the challenge too. This is completely optional but can be a valuable resource for additional support.
  • At the end of the week, complete your final checklist to see your progress and see where to go from here.
