Several members of my team have benefited from Liz’s coaching. It was exciting to hear their enthusiasm and excitement about what they had learned each week. The experience was a great investment for both the team and for each of us as individuals.

We are hiring people. An essential part of the qualification process is to understand the personality and how the candidate would fit into ComForte. We are using DISC and discuss each profile with Liz to prepare for the in-person interviews. Liz is spot on with her assessments and is a tremendous help to hire the right people.
