During these past few months of sheltering amid COVID-19, many people are realizing just how much they struggle with self-discipline.
In theory, we finally have the time to tackle projects we previously put on the back burner. Yet, we are still failing to get them done. In many cases, we’re realizing that the supposed lack of time was just an excuse. The real problem is we just can’t seem to discipline and motivate ourselves to get the work done, even though we know it will benefit our lives.
So how do you get over this hurdle?
